Allan Pressel, CEO/Founder, CharityFinders:  Well, first, you need to have a website with a lot for users to not only SEE, but also to do. So, in addition to people reading about your products and services, they should be able to buy them online within your site -- not by kicking them off your site to a 3rd party site (like Paypal). Keep them on YOUR site. Second, having a great website alone, doesn't ensure great results. To ensure the best results, develop a comprehen- sive  internet strategy which is then embodied in your website. For example, there are several effective ways of driving more traffic to your site which are easy to implement and free or low cost. Lastly, here's a quick exercise you can do to identify what should be on your site.  First, identify the different consittuent groups that might visit your site -- like prospecitve clients, slients, employees, resellers, strategic partners, etc.  For each, think about what they would want to SEE on your site and what they would want to DO.  For example,  your clients may want to purchase products and services, get support, connect with other clients, sign up for your e-mail list, refer your orgniazation to others, provide you with feedback, etc.
